Goodwill Hosts 2nd Annual Halloween Palooza

Grand Rapids, MI – If you’re looking for an economical way to stock up on Halloween items, you’ll find most of your tricks and treats at Goodwill Stores during Halloween Palooza. Goodwill Stores is celebrating the second annual Halloween Palooza on Saturday, October 3rd from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm in the greater Grand Rapids area.
Costumes, treats, and games will make Halloween shopping fun for all ages this Saturday. Customers can choose from brand new costumes, gently-used costumes, or original creations from regular store items. Cider, cookies, games, and treats make this a family-friendly shopping trip. “Goodwill Stores are the perfect place to find great Halloween items,” says Jill Wallace, Vice President of Community Relations. “Many families are looking for ways to save money while celebrating this fun holiday. Halloween Palooza gives customers great buying options that support Goodwill’s job training and placement programs.”
Halloween isn’t just for kids anymore either. Adults looking to join in the fun can find anything from retro costumes to vampire gear at Goodwill Stores. Halloween Palooza will be celebrated at the following Goodwill Stores: 28th Street SW, 29th Street, 54th Street, Alpine, Big Rapids, Division, Greenville, Ionia, Jenison, Lowell, Mt. Pleasant, and Plainfield. Purchases made at Goodwill Stores directly impact the greater Grand Rapids community. Proceeds support the various job training and placement programs that Goodwill offers to assist individuals with barriers to employment become self-supporting members of our community.
