I RISE is the name of our team that’s dedicated to building a culture of belonging. I RISE reflects both our mission and core values: Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence. By leveraging community partnerships, educational initiatives, and the unique experiences of our team members, we aim to enrich our workplace culture. Our objective is to ensure Goodwill stands as a welcoming environment for all. Supporting this, we perform an annual Employee Engagement Survey to gain an understanding of our strengths and weaknesses, identify improvement opportunities, and establish clear goals.
