Chivalry in Action: Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids to Partner with Medieval Times to Reward Local Supporters

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (June 15, 2017) – Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is joining forces with Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament to declare Wednesday, July 12, “Chivalry in Action Day.” From 12 to 2 p.m., the first 25 individuals making a purchase or donation at Knapp Goodwill, 2345 East Beltline SE, will receive two complimentary dinner and tournament tickets to Medieval Times in northwest suburban Chicago, as part of Medieval Times knights’ multi-city Chivalry in Action Goodwill Tour.

Throughout the two-hour appearance, the Medieval Times knights will present professional sword- fighting demonstrations, engage children in knights-in-training exercises, and pose for photos with Goodwill patrons. After the first 25 pairs of complimentary dinner and tournament tickets have been distributed, shoppers will still be able to secure discount coupons for Medieval Times, along with gift cards provided by Goodwill.
